JOSH SOLLENBERGER, ESQ.

Josh practices from our Exton (Philadelphia) office, but serves clients statewide in Pennsylvania and focuses his practice on student rights and special education. He attended Palmyra High School and received his undergraduate degree from Elizabethtown College where he competed in mock trial and pitched for the varsity baseball team.

Following his undergraduate studies, he moved to Philadelphia to attend The Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law. During his time in law school, he interned with the National Labor Relations Board and volunteered at a pro bono legal clinic in the city.

Upon graduating law school, he began working at a large plaintiff’s firm specializing in catastrophic personal injury. He managed a large number of case files and prides himself on maintaining open and transparent communication with each of his clients.

As a former high school and collegiate athlete, he can relate to the challenges student athletes may face throughout their education. Having completed his schooling amidst the pandemic, he is also familiar with virtual learning, and understands the difficulties it can present.

Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his Black Lab, Biggie. He also enjoys good meals with friends and family, golfing, skiing, and rooting for the Phillies and Penn State.
